Australia's No. 01 Nd:YAG Laser Job Shop for high precision industrial laser applications.

With over 35 years of combined experience in laser processing and access to a worldwide net of precision laser job-shops we are committed to deliver precision on time, at a competitive price.

We specialise in fine and micro laser cutting, drilling and welding, usually in metal and super-hard ceramic materials thinner than 2mm. We exclusively use pulsed Nd:YAG lasers, the wavelength of which are not suitable for processing plastics or polymers

Weld, cut and drill with light.

Our state-of-the-art technology allows our clients to manufacture extremely fine instruments, precision medical devices and products.

Based in Northern NSW, Australia and servicing the world — The Laser Xperts are leading suppliers with 40+ years of experience.

WHAT WE DO

Prototyping & production

Equipped with CNC controlled multi-axis laser workstations we are able to process from your CAD DXF drawings. Our 15-to-500-watt average power, pulsed Nd: YAG Lasers process complex shapes on flat and tube material. We engage with our clients on R&D projects from conception through to prototyping and production.

Laser cutting

Complex contours in material from 0.025 to 2mm thickness in areas of up to 220x370mm, or 300x300mm Tube processing to tube diameters as small as 0.4mm OD is possible

Laser welding

Weld diameters from 0.05 to 2.0mm and penetration of up to 2.0mm.

Laser drilling

Percussion drilling and trepanning of hole diameters from 0.010mm diameter.

LASER SYSTEMS

Are you looking for a complete laser system for in-house production, or a laser source to be integrated by the system integrator of your choice?

Historically representing Lasag Industrial Lasers in Australia, we work closely with Coherent Corp. to enable us to supply both off the shelf and custom laser processing work stations.

We work with

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners, the Bundjalung Nation, of the land on which we work and serve. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging, and extend that respect to all First Nations people present here today.
